Abstract

V diplomskem delu sta opisana načrtovanje in izdelava naprave za trajnostno testiranje tipk pralnega stroja. Gre za napravo, ki nam omogoča mehansko in električno testiranje tipk. Predstavljena je izdelava konstrukcije naprave, izbira primernih aktuatorjev, mikrokrmilnika in ostalih električnih komponent za izdelavo krmilja. Prednost naprave je ta, da lahko testiramo do deset tipk hkrati. Naprava je prilagodljiva in nam omogoča testiranje tipk na različnih modelih pralnih strojev, ki nimajo enako pozicijoniranih tipk. Konstrukcijo naprave smo zmodelirali s pomočjo CAD-programa Catia. Celotna naprava pa je krmiljena s programirljivim krmilnikom Arduino Mega 2560, za katerega smo sami napisali program. Na koncu smo napravo tudi testirali.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the planning and manufacture of a device sustainable testing of washing machine keys. It is a device that enables mechanical and electrical testing of keys. Presented are the manufacture of the device’s construction, the selection of suitable actuators, the microcontroller and other electrical components for the manufacture of the controller. The device’s advantage is that it enables simultaneous testing of ten keys. The device is adaptable and enables testing of keys on different washing machine models, which do not have equally positioned keys. The construction of the device was modulated with the help of the CAD software Catia. The entire device is controlled with the programmable controller Arduino Mega 2560, the program for which we wrote. At the end we also tested the device.
