Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je raziskati področje elektronskega poslovanja v okviru spletnih trgovin, ki vse bolj prodirajo na trg in konkurirajo klasičnim. Osredotočil se bom na razvoj spletne trgovine s programsko rešitvijo OpenCart. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge bom predstavil razvoj elektronskega poslovanja, začetek spletnih trgovin ter s tem nakupovanja preko interneta. Opisal bom prednosti in slabosti spletnih trgovin, nevarnosti, ki jim pretijo, ter ključ do njihove uspešnosti. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge predstavljam zasnovo načrta spletne trgovine za prodajo športnih izdelkov, opis funkcij ter implementacije programske rešitve.

Secondary abstract: The goal of this thesis is to explore the area of electronic commerce conducted via web stores, progressively establishing themselves on markets today and increasingly rivalling class stores. I focus on development of web shops using the OpenCart commerce solution. In the theoretical part of the thesis, electronic commerce, the emergence of web shops and shopping via internet are described, followed by a portrayal of the advantages and disadvantages of web stores and the dangers of online shopping. The practical part of the thesis includes a concept of a web store, offering sports equipment, a description of its functionality and an implementation of the software solution.
