Abstract

Tema diplomskega dela izhaja iz praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju Farmtech d.o.o. V samem delu je predstavljeno konstruiranje vrtljive vpenjalne priprave za varjenje valja drobilnega stroja. Razlog za izdelavo vrtljive vpenjalne priprave je potreba po skrajšanju delovnega časa, izboljšanju kvalitete končnega varjenja ter odpravljanje varjenja delavca v prisilni legi. V uvodnem delu je opisano podjetje in njegovi produkti. V nadaljevanju je opisan dosedanji problem ter ideja o rešitvi tega problema. Na podlagi novih rešitev je sledilo 3D modeliranje priprave ter preverjanje napetosti in upogiba. Upoštevana je tudi varnost, da med uporabo priprave ne bi prišlo do porušitve materiala. Za izbiro rotiranja priprave je predstavljenih več rešitev. Z ustrezno metodologijo pridemo do najboljše. Predstavljena je tudi izdelava elementov in njihova končna montaža. Na koncu diplomskega dela so prikazani rezultati končnega izdelka in možnosti izboljšave.

Secondary title: Development of rotary jig device for welding the cylinder of the crusher machine
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis is made on the basis of practical training in the Farmtech d. o. o. company. The thesis presents construction of rotary jig device for welding the cylinder of the crusher machine. The reason for this is the need to shorten work times, get better quality of the final welding and to ease the work for the welder in cases of unnatural positions while welding. The first part presents the company and their products. Then it moves on to the problem and an idea how to solve it. On the basis of new solutions, 3D modeling of the device and testing of tension and bending of the material followed. Safety issues were undertaken in case of the device material crashing during the use. Some solutions are presented to choose the best rotation for the device. With a suitable methodology we selected the best solution. The process of making the elements and their assembly is also presented. The last part of the diploma presents the results of the final product and some possibilities for improvements.
