Abstract

Tema diplomskega dela je prikaz merjenja vplivov malih kapacitivnosti in induktivnosti na spreminjanje nihanja kvarčnega oscilatorja. Podrobneje bodo razložene različne meritve s kvarčnimi kristali, problematika pri takšnih meritvah in praktični prikaz meritev s čipom, ki vsebuje dva kvarčna kristala. Z vidika velikega proizvodnega podjetja bo predstavljen tudi strateški proces nabave za implementacijo čipa v proizvodnjo, določanje potencialnih dobaviteljev, izbor in potrditev dobaviteljev ter potrebni koraki za testiranje in končno sprostitev v proizvodni proces.

Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with measuring methods for comparing influences of small capacitance and inductance on changes in oscillation of a quartz oscillator. Various possible measurements using quartz crystals are presented in more detail, as well as problems with such measurements and a practical application of measurements using a double quartz oscillator chip. The thesis also includes a description of a strategic process of purchasing for a large company in order to implement and release the chip for production: from pooling potential suppliers and later selecting them, to the necessary steps for testing and final release for production.
