Abstract

V obdobju opravljanja praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju Roboteh d.o.o. sem spoznaval potek avtomatizacije procesov v industriji, kar me je navdihnilo za pisanje diplomske naloge pri njih. V času, ko sem nabiral izkušnje na terenu in v proizvodni hali, smo se dogovorili, da mi zaupajo avtomatizacijo stroja za odrezovanje baterijskih izvodov. V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek avtomatizacije stroja, predstavljeno je krmilje proizvajalca Siemens ter pogonski sklopi naprave. Opisana je izbira električnih in strojnih komponent, težave ki so se pojavile pri izvajanju projekta, zahteve in pogoji naročnika, ter delovanje celotnega stroja. Predstavljeni so električni in pnevmatski načrti ter program, ki smo jih izdelali s pomočjo programov Eplan P8 in TIA portal V13.

Secondary abstract: During practical training in the company Roboteh Ltd. I got acquainted with the progress of automation processes in industry, which inspired me to write my thesis in this company. As I gained experience during fieldwork and in production halls, we have agreed that I would be trusted with the automation of a machine for cutting battery terminal posts. The thesis describes the process of automation of the machine and presents the controller of the manufacturer Siemens and the drive units of the machine. It describes the selection of electrical and mechanical components, the problems that have occurred during the implementation of the project, the requirements and conditions of the client, and the overall functioning of the machine. The thesis also features electrical and pneumatic plans and the program, which we have developed by using programs Eplan P8 and TIA portal V13.
