Abstract

Ena izmed strateško najpomembnejših področij poslovanja podjetja je postalo nabavno poslovanje, temelj njegove uspešne in učinkovite oskrbe pa oskrbna veriga. Delovanje podjetja na konkurenčnih in globalnih trgih zahteva vedno bolj učinkovito organizacijo poslovnih procesov, od samega razvoja, nabave, proizvodnje, prodaje, do logističnih in distribucijskih procesov. Poslovanje vključuje vedno več udeležencev, ki izvajajo in upravljajo vse več aktivnosti in tako pripomorejo k realizaciji ciljev oskrbne verige kot celote. Upravljanje oskrbne verige je postalo eno pomembnejših managerskih disciplin, ki skrbi za učinkovitost in kakovost odnosov med udeleženci v oskrbni verigi. Vodjem pa predstavlja največji izziv, da dosežejo dobre in učinkovite odnose, ki temeljijo na sodelovanju, partnerstvu, povezovanju in zaupanju. Tako se tudi v podjetju s.Oliver S L O zavzemajo za dobro organizirano oskrbno verigo, saj jim ta prinaša konkurenčne prednosti pred drugimi tekstilno-oblačilnimi industrijami. Namen projekta je oceniti trenutno strategijo oskrbne verige ter izdelati izboljšan model, ki bo odpravil pomanjkljivosti in izkoristil prednosti obstoječega sistema. Na eni strani se mora podjetje nenehno prilagajati pritiskom globalizacije, na drugi strani pa ne smejo pozabiti na same potrošnike, katerih želje pri oblačenju in modnih trendih postajajo vedno bolj zahtevne.

Secondary abstract: The supply management has become one of the most strategically important areas of the company’s performance, while the cornerstone of its effective and efficient care is its supply chain. When a company operates in a competitive and global markets an increasingly efficient organization of business processes are required, from the development, procurement, production, sales, to logistical and distribution processes. Operations include a growing number of participants who implement and manage an increasing number of activities and therefore contribute to the realization of the supply chain goals as a whole. Supply chain management has become a major managerial discipline, which is responsible for the efficiency and quality of relations between its participants, whereas the leaders face the greatest challenge to reach good and effective relations based on cooperation, partnership, networking and trust. One of such companies is s.Oliver S L O who strive towards a well-organized supply chain, since this brings them a competitive advantage over other textile-clothing industry. The purpose of the project is to assess the current strategy of the supply chain and to establish an improved model that will eliminate the deficiencies and take advantage of the existing system. On the one hand the company must constantly adjust to the pressure of globalization while on the other hand they cannot forget about the sole consumers whose preferences in clothing and fashion trends are becoming increasingly demanding.
