Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo implementirali mobilno aplikacijo za detekcijo in analizo patološkega in fiziološkega tremorja med vsakdanjo uporabo mobilnega telefona. Aplikacija je omejena na mobilne naprave z operacijskim sistemom android verzije 4.0 in vgrajenim pospeškometrom. Uporabniku omogočimo spremljanje pridobljenih podatkov iz pospeškometra v obliki grafa, ki se v tekom zajema podatkov samodejno posodablja. Aplikacija omogoča pregled obdelanih podatkov in prikaz frekvenčnega spektra pridobljenih signalov iz katerega ocenjujemo tip tremorja ter njegovo amplitudo in frekvenco.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma, we implemented a mobile application for detection and analysis of pathological tremor during everyday use of a mobile phone. The application is limited to mobile devices with Android operating system version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and a built-in accelerometer. The application allows the user to monitor the data obtained from the accelerometer in form of a graph, which is updated in real time. It provides an overview of processed data and displays the frequency spectrum of the obtained signals from which we estimate the amplitude and frequency of the tremors, as well as type of detected tremor.
