Abstract

Secondary title: Building microstructures with nanorobotic cell
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the following thesis is to represent the process of building the sprocket and axis out of polystyrene beads with help of the nanorobotic cell. The beads are no visible to the naked eye because they are so small. That is why we use a microscope with a camera, which is connected to the computer. By doing that, we can observe beads and the building process of the microstructure. The building of microstructures is being held in a vacuum chamber with nanorobotic cell. The sintering process sticks together built facilities, to assure that the facility, which is built out of many mutually contacting polystryene beads, becomes firmly adherent. With that the final microstructure is more resilient to all kinds of vibration, movements, drops, etc.
