Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava nadgradnjo industrijskega hidravličnega agregata, ki predstavlja osrednji pogonski del vsakega hidravličnega sistema. Dandanes sodobni hidravlični agregat zdaleč ni več zgolj skupek rezervoarja, črpalke in pogonskega elektromotorja ter armature in osnovnih gradnikov za zagotavljanje čistoče medija in osnovno varnost, temveč je opremljen s številnimi senzorji, ki zagotavljajo ne samo varno delovanje agregata temveč pripomorejo tudi k zmanjšanju obratovalnih stroškov in stroškov vzdrževanja ter podaljšajo življenjsko dobo celotnega hidravličnega sistema. Samo senzorji npr. za tlak, temperaturo in nivo medija, zamašenost filtra, ... žal niso dovolj za zanesljivo delovanje hidravličnega sistema. Razpoložljive signale s senzorjev je potrebno smiselno uporabiti v okviru primernega krmilno-nadzornega sistema agregata, ter izmerjene parametre oz. vrednosti prikazovati na primernem vmesniku za vizualizacijo (HMI). Kot nadgradnja sistema pa je zaželeno ne samo beleženje signalov in dostop do njihove zgodovine – sprememb merjenih veličin v določenem časovnem obdobju, ter do vseh teh informacij dostopati preko interneta, bodisi preko ožičene ali brezžične povezave. Le na ta način, z interakcijo primernega nabora sodobnih senzorjev in zasnovanega nadzorno-krmilnega sistema, lahko zagotavljamo zanesljiv in celovit nadzor hidravličnega agregata in sistema. Implementacijo tovrstnega sistema obravnava pričujoča diplomska naloga.

Secondary abstract: The diploma describes the upgrade of industrial hydraulic power unit, which is the central part of each hydraulic system. Nowadays the modern hydraulic power unit is not just the tank, pump, drive motor, the armature, and other basic building blocks for ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid and basic security, but it is equipped with multiple sensors that provide not only safe operation of the power unit but also help reduce operating and maintenance costs and extend the life of the entire hydraulic system. Sensors by them selves (like pressure sensors, temperature and liquid level, blockage of the filter,...) unfortunately are not sufficient enough for reliable operation of the hydraulic system. Available signals from the sensors must be reasonably used in the context of an appropriate control and supervisory of the power unit and measured parameters should appear on a suitable interface for visualization (HMI). As an upgrade of the system it is also desirable to the record signals and access their history via the Internet with a wired or wireless connection. This type of interaction with appropriate number of modern sensors and designed control system is the only way to provide reliable operation of complete hydraulic power unit and control system. The implementation of such system is addressing this diploma work.
