Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena zasnova in razvoj testne naprave Heart Bite Rate Pulse 7, izdelane na CNC stroju ROUTER. Najprej je bil izveden sistematični razvoj tiskanega vezja, ki sestoji iz iskanja idej in konstruiranja izdelka. Delovanje tiskanega vezja je ključnega pomena za delovanje končnega izdelka.
Po zaključenem projektu tiskanega vezja se najprej konstruira prototip 3D-modela testne naprave. Pred izdelavo serijskega testiranja tiskanih vezij smo izdelali 100 poskusnih tiskanih vezij in jih testirali.
Šele nato smo izdelali bolj učinkovito testno napravo za serijsko testiranje tiskanih vezij.
V podjetju, kjer se uporabljajo CNC obdelovalni stroji, je zelo pomemben čas. Vsak nepotreben gib stroja med obdelovalnim ciklom podaljša čas izdelave in s tem poveča proizvodne stroške.

Secondary abstract: |
The diploma thesis shows the design and development of the test device Heart Bite Rate Pulse 7 produced on the CNC machine ROUTER. The first stage was the systematic development of the circuit board, which was achieved through ideas searching and the building of the actual product. In order for the end product to work properly the circuit board is of key importance.
After building the circuit board, we then build a 3D prototype of the test device. Before producing series of tested circuits boards, we first build 10 different circuits and tested them. Only afterwards did we build a more effective testing device for circuit board test.
In companies which use CNC machines, time is of great importance. Every unnecessary movement of the machine during treating process prolongs the production time and increases production costs. |
