diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov
Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je analizirati sistem zagotavljanja in obvladovanja kakovosti v proizvodnem podjetju, ki deluje v panogi avtomobilske industrije. Podjetje izdeluje sedežne garniture za vgradnjo v osebne avtomobile po principu proizvodnje Just In Time. Razumevanje koncepta Just In Time je v veliki meri povezano z razumevanjem zagotavljanja in obvladovanja kakovosti. Podjetje mora zagotoviti izdelek, narejen v okviru standardov in ustrezne kakovosti in ga kupcu dostaviti ob pravem času na pravo mesto in v pravilnem zaporedju. Da vse to lahko zagotovijo, v procesu uporabljajo različna orodja in tehnike managementa kakovosti, kot tudi standarde kakovosti. V diplomskem delu najprej opredelimo teoretična izhodišča orodij managementa kakovosti in nato uporabnost orodja predstavimo na praktičnem primeru obravnavanega podjetja. V empiričnem delu za lažje razumevanje predstavljamo celotno proizvodnjo ter na kratko opišem njeno delovanje. Posebno pozornost namenjamo tistim točkam procesa, ki so namenjene zagotavljanju kakovosti: vhodni kontroli, JIT proizvodnji - v procesu ter v METAL proizvodnji. Na primeru iz prakse predstavljamo problem, ki se je pojavil pri vgradnji sedeža v avtomobil. Ta problem je podjetje rešilo s pomočjo metode QRQC (Quick Resonse Quality Control), ki je namenjena obravnavanju neskladnih proizvodov. Na osnovi analize študije primera lahko izpostavimo pomembnost vključevanja orodij in metod managementa kakovosti v sistem managementa kakovosti, zlasti z vidika hitrega reševanja problemov in zagotavljanja visoke stopnje kakovosti.

The purpose of diploma thesis is to analyze the system of quality assurance and quality control in a manufacturing company that operates in automotive industry. Company produces car seats for installation into vehicle according to the principle of production of Just In Time. Understanding the concept of Just In Time is largely linked to the understanding of quality assurance and quality control. The company must ensure that product is made within the appropriate standards and quality, and delivered to the customer at the right time at the right place and in the correct order. All that can be provided in the process of using different tools and techniques of quality management as well as quality standards. In this thesis first we define the theoretical foundations of quality management tools and the usability of the tools, then we present a practical example of the company. In the empirical part to facilitate understanding we present total production, and briefly describe its function. Special attention is given to those aspects of the process, intended to ensure quality: entrance control, JIT production - process, and the production of METAL. In the case of practice we present a problem that has emerged at the installation of car seat into vehicle. This problem was solved by using QRQC method (Quick Resonse Quality Control), which is aimed at addressing the non-compliant products. Based on the analysis of case study we can highlight the importance of including tools and methods of quality management in the system of quality management, particularly in terms of quick problem solving and ensuring a high level of quality. |
