Abstract
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo simulacijo novega proizvodnega obrata, ki ga načrtujejo v podjetju Kovinoplastika Zdravko Šarh, s. p. Simulacijo smo zasnovali kot simulacijski projekt ter jo izdelali v programskem orodju FlexSim. Prednost tega je enostavna uporaba in 3D-vmesnik, ki omogoča detajlno predstavitev modelov. Osnova za izdelavo modela je bil posnetek obstoječega stanja, kjer smo predstavili proces proizvodnje izolativnih komponent, ki jih najdemo v kotličkih toaletnih splakovalnikov. Med izvajanjem simulacije obstoječega stanja smo opazovali performančne kazalce, ki so bili ključni za odkrivanje kopičenja izdelkov oziroma učinka ozkih grl. Sestavili smo predloge rešitev in jih implementirali v simulacijo. Eksperimentiranje z modelom in uglasitev parametrov modela sta nam podala načrt optimalnega delovanja proizvodnje. V zaključku smo povzeli naše delo, podali oceno učinkov izboljšav in podali možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

In our graduation thesis we have created a simulation of a new production line in the company Kovinoplastika Zdravko Šarh s.p.. The simulation was designed as a simulation project with the program FlexSim. The advantages of FlexSim are that it is easy to use and the 3D interface allows for a detailed model presentation. The basis for the creation of the model was the description of the current state, where we described the production process of creating insulation components, which can be found in toilet cisterns. Running the current state simulation and monitoring the performance indicators showed us where the effect of capacity hording was present. We have proposed some solutions and implemented them in the simulation model. Experimenting with the model and fine-tuning various model parameters led us to the solution design for optimal performance of the production. In the conclusion, we summarized our work, gave an assessment of the effects of the improvements made and proposed some possibilities for further development. |
