Abstract

V današnjem času se uporablja vse več avtomatiziranih montažnih sistemov, ki omogočajo boljše in kvalitetnejše izdelke, predvsem pa pripomorejo k varnejšemu in zdravju neškodljivemu delovnemu okolju in preprečujejo monotono delo. Cilj diplomskega dela je analizirati različne zasnove montažnega sistema in izbrati najprimernejšo konceptno rešitev ter predpostaviti potrebne komponente za vsako enoto montažnega sistema posebej. Za ustrezno sestavljen odklopnik smo najprej proučili vsak sestavni del odklopnika. Na podlagi vhodnih zahtev smo zasnovali ustrezno zasnovo montažnega sistema. Z montažnim sistemom smo želeli zagotoviti popolnoma avtomatiziran sistem. V okviru diplomske naloge smo za vsako montažno enoto izbrali ustrezne komponente.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays the use of automated assembly systems is on the rise, as they enable better and higher quality products, as well as contribute to a safer work environment and prevent harmful and monotonous work. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the assembly system design, choose the best suited conceptual solution and assume the needed components for each assembly system part. Each component of the circuit breaker was studied in order to ensure a correctly assembled breaker. Taking the incoming requirements as the base, a suitable assembly system design has been produced. The end goal of our assembly system was full automation. The individual components for each assembly unit have been assumed.
