diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V času finančne krize se vse več podjetij spopada z zmanjševanjem stroškov, posledično se večina zateka k minimiziranju stroškov, ki blagu ne dajejo dodatne vrednosti. Takšen strošek predstavlja tudi transport. Zaradi vse večje konkurence na trgu je ključnega pomena, da so stranke oz. naročniki zadovoljni s potekom in z izvedbo transporta in s storitvami, ki jih opravljamo. Kupci vse večjo pozornost namenjajo ceni storitve, kar posledično lahko privede do uporabe manj zanesljivih, nizko cenovnih letalskih linij in s tem večje možnosti poškodb, izgub ipd. To pa je že zaradi odločitve letalske odpreme nesprejemljivo, ker naročnik letalskega transporta pričakuje čimprejšnjo odpremo in prihod naročenega blaga. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti ukrepe, ki bodo vplivali na zadovoljstvo naročnikov letalskega transporta, in uporabo orodij, s katerimi se prilagodimo potrebi in želji naročnika ter tako dvignemo stopnjo kakovosti na višjo raven. Redni naročniki, ki so s servisom zadovoljni, na nek način predstavljajo tudi promotorje podjetja, saj s pozitivnimi izkušnjami priporočajo storitve v svoji okolici. Zato je treba obdržati sedanje kupce in hkrati pridobivati nove. S proučitvijo omenjene teme bomo predstavili rešitve, ki bi jih lahko začeli aplicirati v praksi, s čimer bi poželi nove uspehe pri naročnikih. Ne smemo pozabiti, da so tudi kupci zadovoljni šele v fazi, ko sta zadovoljstvo in motiviranost zaposlenih v podjetju na višku, kar je razvidno iz njihovega delovanja oz. nakupnega odločanja.

In times of the financial crisis an increasing number of companies are dealing with cost reduction and consequently the majority is minimizing costs, which do not provide additional value to goods. Such a cost is transport. Due to increased competition on the marker it is crucial that clients and customers are satisfied with the course and execution of the transport and with services we are providing. Customers pay increasing attention to the price of services, which consequently leads to the use of less reliable, low cost airlines and thus to greater chance of injury, loss etc. However, this is unacceptable even due to the determination of the flight dispatch, since the customer of the air transport expects a prompt dispatch and arrival of the ordered goods. The purpose of the thesis is to present measures, which will influence the air transport customer satisfaction, and the use of tools, with which we adapt to the need and desire of the customer and thus raise the level of quality to a higher level. Regular customers, who are satisfied with the service, somehow also represent promoters of the company, since they recommend services in their environment with their positive experiences. Therefore it is necessary to keep the current customers and at the same time win new ones. By studying the mentioned topic we will present solutions, which they could start implementing into practice, with which they would harvest new successes with customers. We cannot forget that customers are also only satisfied in the phase, where employee satisfaction and motivation in the company are at the peak, which is evident from their actions or purchase decisions. |
