Abstract

Pri procesu valjanja uporabljamo posebno valjavsko olje, ki hladi in maže ter izboljšuje druge lastnosti pri procesu valjanja. Hladilni sistem naj bi bil tako skonstruiran, da skozi ves proces valjanja vzdržuje konstantno temperaturo valjavskega olja. V ta namen je bilo potrebno posodobiti obstoječi sistem hlajenja. V diplomski nalogi je prikazana posodobitev oz. rekonstrukcija dodatnega hladilnega sistema olja, ki je bila izvedena z namenom doseči želene zahteve tehnologije valjanja. Glavni cilj je ohraniti želeno temperaturo valjanja skozi ves proces valjanja. V nalogi so na kratko opisane osnove procesa valjanja folije, postavitev filtra, strojne inštalacije, vzdrževanje filtra in na koncu stroški in z njimi povezana upravičenost projekta.

Secondary title: Reconstruction of a cooling and distribution system for rolling oil
Secondary abstract: In rolling, a special roller oil is used, which cools, lubricates and otherwise improves other properties during the process. Ideally, the cooling system should be constructed so that throughout the process of rolling, a constant oil temperature is maintained. To this end, we have modernized the existing cooling system. This thesis paper shows and improves upon the reconstruction of an additional oil cooling system, which was carried out in order to achieve the desired requirements of rolling technology. The main objective was to maintain the desired temperature throughout the rolling process. It describes the basics of the process of rolling foil, setting up a filter, hardware installation, maintenance and, ultimately, the cost and viability of the project.
