Abstract

Diplomska naloga je bila opravljeno s pomočjo prisotnosti v podjetju Intereuropa d.d. v Celju, kjer sem opravljala praktično usposabljanje, ves čas smo imeli strokovno pomoč usposobljenih, vodeni smo bili skozi delovne procese na oddelku domačega transporta in tako spoznali vse logistične procese, ki so ob koordiniranju prevozov potrebni. Posebej smo se opredelili na manipulacijo z blagom, reklamacije in zavarovanje blaga med transportom. Spoznala sem vse postopke, ki so ključnega pomeni od prevzema blaga (naklad), vmesne manipulacije in oddaje blaga stranki oziroma skladišču (razklad). Ob tem sem spoznala tudi vso potrebno dokumentacijo, ki se uporablja pri poslovanju. Cestni prevoz je ena izmed najstarejših prevoznih panog. Prav tako je tudi transportno zavarovanje najstarejša vrsta zavarovanj. Predvidevamo, da je zavarovanje v transportnih in logističnih storitvah zelo pomembno, saj z njim zaščitimo sebe, blago in finančne situacije pred nevarnostmi, ki pretijo na poti ves čas. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti vrste transportnega zavarovanja, osredotočili se bomo na domači kargo, saj smo se z njim srečevali v podjetju Intereuropa d.d. med opravljanjem praktičnega usposabljanja. Predstavili pa bomo tudi nekaj primerov reklamacij za katere je bil predložen odškodninski zahtevek. Reklamacije so v podjetju zelo pomembne in potrebno jih je jemati resno in rešiti kar se da hitro in v skladu z zakonskimi predpisi. Ker pišemo diplomsko delo s pomočjo prisotnost v podjetju Intereuropa d.d. PE Celje, smo večji del naloge posvetili podjetju in dejanskim primerom s katerimi smo se srečali. V prvem delu smo predstavili samo podjetje, podrobneje opisali oddelek domačega transporta in zapisali ugotovitve, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo izkušenih zaposlenih. V osrednjem delu naloge smo zapisali nekaj že znanih definicij transportnega zavarovanja. V zadnjem delu diplomske pa smo zapisali nekaj primerov nastalih reklamacij. V največji meri je šlo za poškodbe blaga, ki so se dogodile zaradi napačne manipulacije z blagom ali napačno označenimi tovorki in neprimerno zaščito paketov.

Secondary abstract: Povzetek: The thesis was carried out using the presence of the company Intereuropa d.d. in Celje. Where we are doing practical training, all the time we had professional help of trained, we were guided through the work process at the Department of the domestic transport and so learn all logistic processes, which are coordinating the services required. We have identified in the handling of goods, reclamation and protection of goods during transportation. We learned all the processes that are critical of receipt of goods (editions), intermediate manipulations and deliveries of goods to the client or warehouse (unloading). At the same time we realize all the necessary documentation, which is used in business. Road transport is one of the oldest transport industries. It is also a transport insurance oldest type of insurance. We assume that the insurance of transport and logistics services is very important because with him we protect ourselves goods and financial situation against the dangers posed on the road all the time. The aim of the thesis is to present the type of transport insurance, we will focus on domestic cargo, as we meet him in the company Intereuropa dd during their practical training. We will also present some examples of complaints which have been submitted to a claim for damages. Complaints are undertaking a very important and need to be taken seriously and resolved as quickly as possible and in accordance with legal regulations. As we write thesis with the help of presence in the company Intereuropa dd establishment of Celje, a major part of the tasks focused on the company and the actual case which we met. In the first part, we presented only company in detail describe the domestic transport section and write down the findings, we have obtained with the help of experienced employees. In the central part of the paper we wrote something already known definitions transport insurance. In the last part of the graduation, we wrote some cases resulting complaints. For the most part there was damage to goods that are occurring due to incorrect handling of goods or incorrectly coded packages and inappropriate protection packages.
