Abstract
V diplomskem projektu sem v teoretičnem delu definiral ugled ter pojasnil njegov pomen v podjetju. Nadaljeval sem z opisovanjem dejavnikov, ki sestavljajo ugled ter raziskal razlike v pojmovanju ugleda, identitete ter podobe. V zaključku teoretičnega dela sem se še nato osredotočil na potek merjenja ugleda.
V empiričnem delu sem najprej opredelil zavarovalništvo kot storitev ter nadaljeval z predstavitvijo slovenskega zavarovalniškega trga. V raziskovalnem delu naloge sem pojasnil metode raziskovanja ter izdelal anketni vprašalnik, ki sem ga razdelil med odjemalce zavarovalne družbe AdriaticSlovenica, d.d. Svoje ugotovitve sem razkril s pomočjo grafikonov ter tabel. V očeh odjemalcev zavarovalne družbe AdriaticSlovenica, d.d so najpomembnejši dejavniki ugleda predvsem zanesljivost zavarovalnice, inovativnost podjetja ter odnos zaposlenih do strank, kar se je prikazalo tudi pri stopnji strinjanja s posameznimi dejavniki ugleda zavarovalne družbe AdriaticSlovenica, d.d. Odjemalci ocenjujejo zavarovalnico kot družbo, ki ima visok ugled.

Analysis of reputation for insurance company AdriaticSlovenica |
Secondary abstract: |
In the theoretical part of the diploma project I defined the reputation and explained its importance in the company. I continued by describing the factors that constitute the reputation and investigated the differences in the perception of reputation, identity and image. In conclusion of the theoretical part I focused on the course of measuring reputation.
In the empirical part, I first identified the insurance as a service, and then continued with the presentation of Slovenian insurance market. In the research part of the thesis I explained research methods and made a questionnaire, which I distributed to clients of insurance company Adriatic Slovenica, d. d.
I revealed my findings using graphs and tables. The most important factors of reputation, in the eyes of customers of the insurance company Adriatic Slovenica, d. d., are in particular the reliability of the insurance company, innovativeness of the company, and employees’ attitude to customers, which was also demonstrated at the rate of agreement with individual factors of reputation of the insurance company Adriatic Slovenica, d. d. Customers rated the insurance company as a company that has a high reputation. |
