Abstract

Vodenje je eno izmed najbolj preučevanih področij managementa v zadnjih desetletjih. Kljub številnim raziskavam, ki so bile opravljene raziskovalci še vedno niso našli enotnega modela, s pomočjo katerega bi vodili zaposlene v organizacijah. To nakazuje, da je vodenje izredno kompleksen in zapleten proces, ki vseskozi zahteva celega človeka oziroma vodjo. Vodenje na kratko pomeni sposobnost vodje da vpliva, vzpodbuja in usmerja sodelavce k želenim ciljem organizacije. Za uspešnost vodenja pa ni ključen samo vodja, temveč tudi zaposleni, ki jih vodi ter okolje. Dober vodja združuje sodelavce, jih spoštuje, se zna prilagajati različnim vplivom okolja in kar je najpomembneje je osredotočen na delo ter je vzor ostalim sodelavcem. Zaradi obsega dela pa mora biti vodja sposoben tudi delegirati odgovornost in naloge drugim zaposlenim. Skozi leta so se oblikovale različne teorije vodenja. Raziskovalci so tako na začetku preučevali vodenje glede na lastnosti vodje, vendar so preveč poudarjali osebnostne in telesne značilnosti vodij. Za tem so pričeli s preučevanjem vedenjskih lastnosti vodij in ugotovili, da so nekateri vodje usmerjeni na zaposlene, drugi pa na delo in doseganje rezultatov. Vedenjski modeli niso zadovoljili raziskovalcev na tem področju, zato so po letih raziskav ugotovili, da je situacija ključen dejavnik pri izbiri primernega stila vodenja. Tako so se oblikovale situacijske teorije vodenja. Kasneje so raziskovalci razvili še bolj znano transakcijsko in transformacijsko vodenje ter druge novejše teorije o vodenju. V literaturi je manjši obseg raziskav na področju dojemanja vodenja s strani vodij in njihovih podrejenih, zaradi česar smo se odločili, da bomo to področje podrobneje raziskali na primeru podjetja Hlebček d. o. o. V raziskovalnem delu seminarja smo s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov ugotavljali, ali zaposleni drugače dojemajo vodenje kot njihovi nadrejeni. V ta namen smo oblikovali dva anketna vprašalnika. Z enim so zaposleni ocenjevali svojega vodjo, z drugim pa je vodja ocenjeval samega sebe. Osrednja raziskovalna hipoteza na celotnem vzorcu je bila zavrnjena, saj smo s pomočjo analize rezultatov v programu spss in t- testa dokazali, da zaposleni v podjetju Hlebček d. o. o. večinoma dojemajo vodenje na podoben način kot njihovi nadrejeni. Glede na posamezne preučevane značilnosti vodenja, pa je prišlo do pomembnih razlik v dojemanju vodenja med vodji in podrejenimi, zato smo za te značilnosti hipotezo potrdili.

Secondary abstract: Leadership is one of the most studied areas of management in recent decades. Despite the many studies that have been conducted, researchers have still not found a single model by which to guide employees in organizations. This indicates that the management is very complex and complicated process, which always requires the whole person or leader. Leadership in short means the ability of leaders to influence, encourage and guide employees towards the desired objectives of the organization. For successful leadership it is not only a leader crucial, but also the employees and the environment. A good leader unites the staff, respects them, is able to adapt to different environments, is a model for others and is most importantly focused on the work. A leader must also be able to delegate responsibilities and tasks to other employees because of the work volume. Different theories of leadership have been developed over the years. Researchers have initially studied leadership related to the characteristics of a leader, putting too much emphasis on personality and physical characteristics of the leaders. Later they began studying the behavioural characteristics of leaders and discovered that some of the leaders focus on employees and others on work and achieving results. Behavioural models did not meet the researcher's needs in this field, so they have, after years of research, found that the situation is a key factor in selecting an appropriate leadership style. Thus they have created the theory of situational leadership. Later, the researchers developed a more known transactional and transformational leadership as well as other more recent leadership theories. There are very few research results on the perception of leadership by leaders and their subordinates available in the literature, which is why we have decided to explore this area in more detail in the case of company Hlebček d. o. o. With use of questionnaires in the research part of the seminar we have tried to establish, if the employees perceive leadership differently from their leaders. We have created two questionnaires for this purpose. One for the employees to evaluated their leader, and the second for the leaders to evaluate themselves. The fundamental hypothesis was not confirmed, since the analysis of the entire sample results with use of the program SPSS and t-test demonstrated, that the Hlebček d. o. o. employees perceive leadership in a similar manner as their leaders. However, there were significant differences in the perception of leadership between the employees and leaders at certain leadership features, for which the hypothesis has been confirmed.
