Secondary abstract: | The diploma work presents a fan with a new concept of a centrifugal impeller with hollow blades. A small airflow flows through this blades which should reduce the back circulation or even prevent separation of the boundary layer on the suction side. With a numerical simulation the comparison between the conventional impeller and the new concept of an impeller was made. The numerical simulation was made with Ansys CFX 14 software package. The suction effect at the exit edge is too small to reduce flow loss and is also too small to influence the integral characteristics. |
