Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen nov koncept votlih lopatic v ventilatorju s centrifugalnim rotorjem, skozi katere tečejo majhni masni tokovi. Ta dodaten tok skozi rego v lopatici, ki ga pri konvencionalnem modelu ni, naj bi zmanjšal recirkulacjisko območje ali celo preprečil odlepljanje mejne plasti na sesalni strani lopatice. S pomočjo numerične simulacije sta bila primerjana konvencionalni rotor in novi koncept rotorja. Numerična simulacija tokovnih pojavov je potekala v programu CFX, ki je del programskega paketa Ansys 14. Povzročen sesalni učinek na izstopnem robu votle lopatice je premajhen, da bi lahko zmanjšal tokovne izgube in vplival na izboljšanje integralne karakteristike.

Secondary title: Numerical analysis of operating characteristics of radial impeller with hollow blade
Secondary abstract: The diploma work presents a fan with a new concept of a centrifugal impeller with hollow blades. A small airflow flows through this blades which should reduce the back circulation or even prevent separation of the boundary layer on the suction side. With a numerical simulation the comparison between the conventional impeller and the new concept of an impeller was made. The numerical simulation was made with Ansys CFX 14 software package. The suction effect at the exit edge is too small to reduce flow loss and is also too small to influence the integral characteristics.
