Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava tematiko on-line spremljanja stanja hidravličnih olj. Najprej so opisani pomembni fizikalno-kemični parametri tekočine, nato pa sledi preučitev senzorjev in njihovih načinov povezovanja s krmilnikom. V obravnavanem primeru je uporabljen krmilnik Siemens S7-1200 in uporabniški vmesnik TP700. Naloga vključuje še povezavo enote s krmilno nadzornim sistemom.

Secondary title: Implementation of a PLC - based on-line condition monitoring system for hydraulic oils
Secondary abstract: This diploma deals with the topic of on-line monitoring of hydraulic fluids. This way of monitoring has many advantages over traditional laboratory analysis . With a properly designed monitoring system we can timely discover changes of fluid and thus significantly extend the lifespan of the hydraulic power unit and/or its individual components. It is focused on using an on-line condition monitoring system for hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic unit. In the beginning we describe important physico- chemical parameters of liquid, followed by an examination of the sensors and their ways of connecting with the controller, in our case with a PLC, and the design of the condition monitoring unit. The diploma also includes linking the system to the control system.
