Abstract
V prvem delu so predstavljene značilnosti globalnega trga mobilnih aplikacij, ki je ena najhitreje rastočih panog v svetovnem gospodarstvu. Predstavljeno je podjetje Prislikaj.si, kot mlado podjetje na področju razvoja mobilnih aplikacij in njihova storitev, ki je namenjena dolgoročnemu grajenju odnosov podjetij s svojimi strankami s pomočjo interaktivnih nagradnih iger.
V drugem delu diplomski seminar podrobneje predstavi mobilno aplikacijo Prislikaj.si in poslovni model, ki ga podjetje uporablja za poslovanje na slovenskem trgu. Podrobno je predstavljen poslovni proces podjetja, kritična tveganja in način trženja aplikacije Prislikaj.si.
V zadnjem delu diplomskega seminarja pa je predstavljen proces po katerem mora podjetje začrtati svojo strategijo nastopa na tuje trge. Opisani so različni kriteriji in proces izbire tujega trga ter omejitve, s katerimi se pri tem sooča podjetje Prislikaj.si.

Secondary abstract: |
The first section presents the characteristics of the global market for mobile applications as one of the fastest growing industries in the world economy. Company Prislikaj.si is presented as a young company in the development of mobile applications and services, designed to facilitate long term relationships with its corporate clients through interactive sweepstakes.
In the second part of the thesis there is a presentation of the mobile app Prislikaj.si and its business model used by the company operating in the Slovenian market. Detailed presentation of the company`s business processes, risks and marketing strategies are also presented.
The last part of the thesis presents a process by which the company must outline its strategy of entering foreign markets. It describes the different criteria and process of selection of foreign markets and the constraints under which it has been facing. |
