Secondary abstract: | Nowadays welding has become increasingly complicated and demanding. Mass production demands products that are constructed as fast as possible with accurate reproducibility. L-positioned clamping device allows us to clamp and rotate the product the same way each time, so that the robotic welder has easier access to the required welds. To be able to determine the servo motors to manipulate with the positioning device, we had to perform static calculations. We also performed MKE analysis to verify the dynamic properties of the material. |
