Abstract

Dandanes je varjenje postalo vse bolj komplicirano in zahtevno. Serijska proizvodnja zahteva čim hitreje pripravljene izdelke in natančno ponovljivost. L-pozicionirana vpenjalna naprava nam omogoča, da izdelek vpnemo vedno enako in ga rotiramo, da potem robotski varilnik lažje dostopa do potrebnih varov. Da smo lahko določili servo motorje za manipuliranje pozicionirane naprave, smo morali opraviti statični preračun. Opravili smo tudi MKE analizo za preverjanje dinamičnih lastnosti materiala.

Secondary title: Design of the L-positioning clemping device
Secondary abstract: Nowadays welding has become increasingly complicated and demanding. Mass production demands products that are constructed as fast as possible with accurate reproducibility. L-positioned clamping device allows us to clamp and rotate the product the same way each time, so that the robotic welder has easier access to the required welds. To be able to determine the servo motors to manipulate with the positioning device, we had to perform static calculations. We also performed MKE analysis to verify the dynamic properties of the material.
