Abstract

Opisane so ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti in predlagane rešitve.

Secondary title: Multi-criteria variant solution comparison for Mala Loka Monastery reconstruction
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents a cost analysis of the two proposed solutions to the problem of Mala Loka monastery degradation in Domžale. The first solution proposes a complete restoration of the monastery. This is followed by a description of identified shortcomings and suggested solutions to such an approach. Estimated cost of complete restoration is given in appendix of the thesis. Second solution proposes replacement construction. This solution contains a description of the criteria under which the selected type of replacement construction was chosen and shows the process which is used to determine the costs of replacement construction. The fourth chapter presents a cost analysis of the two solutions on the basis of which the most favorable solution was selected.
