diplomski projekt
Abstract
V diplomskem projektu smo obravnavali opredeljevanje vizije in planiranje politike podjetja. Diplomski projekt je razčlenjen na dva dela;v prvem delu so teoretična izhodišča oziroma uvod, kjer so predstavljene opredelitve vizije, poslanstva, smotrov, ciljev, procesov planiranja politike podjetja itn. V drugem delu smo predstavili praktični primer, in sicer smo izbrali vinsko klet Tikveš, d. d., s sedežem v Makedoniji ter obravnavali vizijo in politikoizbranega podjetja.
V diplomskem projektu želimo poudariti, da dobro opredeljena vizija in politika podjetja vodita podjetje k uspehu ter zagotavljatanjegovo rast in razvoj. To lahko vidimo tudi ob primeru vinske kleti Tikveš, d. d., ki se nahaja v majhni,gospodarsko nerazviti državi, pa je vendarle znana blagovna znamka oziroma uspešno podjetje.

In this diploma project we define the vision and the proces of planning the company's policy. The diploma project is divided into two parts; In the first part there are the theoretical foundations and introductions, which present the definition of the vision, mission, objectives, goals, process of planning, company's policy and so on. In the second part, we present a practical example, for which, we selected the wine cellar Tikveš, d. d., located in Macedonia.
In the diploma project we want to emphasize that a well-defined vision and policy of the company can lead a company to success and ensure its growth and development. This can be seen in the case of the wine cellar Tikveš, d. d., which is located in a small, economically underdeveloped country, and despite that it is nevertheless well-known brand and a successful company. |
