Abstract

Osnovni cilj diplomskega dela je analiza delovnega mesta planerja in možnosti optimiranja proizvodnje v podjetju BSH Hišni aparati, d.o.o., Nazarje.

Secondary title: Optimization of production planning in BSH
Secondary abstract: The main goal of this diploma work was to analyse the workplace of planner and the possibility of optimizing the production at the company BSH Hišni aparati, d.o.o., Nazarje. The working post has been studied based on actual situation, analyses have been conducted, and room for improvement has been shown. Based on the results we conclude that, theoretically, it is possible to optimize production, but because of the complexity of the system and crammed working schedules, this cannot be done without additional personnel. The first step to such a method of planning is a better organization and association of other departments that directly and indirectly affect planning itself. With the right procedures and better communication, we could not only lower the cost of production management, but also reduce the supply of materials.
