Model trajnostnega razvoja Zreškega Pohorja

Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo se ukvarjali s trajnostnim razvojem Zreškega Pohorja. Izdelali smo model trajnostnega razvoja obravnavanega območja na osnovi treh stebrov: dosedanja teoretična spoznanja o trajnostnem razvoju, "VIS" občine Zreče in podatki za model trajnostnega razvoja Zreškega Pohorja ter mnenje prebivalcev. Osnova za oblikovanje modela so bili različni teoretični modeli trajnostnega razvoja in primeri dobrih praks ter podatki o občini, pridobljeni s pomočjo analize internetnih in knjižnih virov, dostopnih v Sloveniji. Tretji steber smo poleg podatkov nadgradili z lastno raziskavo mnenja prebivalcev Zreškega Pohorja o trajnostnem razvoju in razvojnih priložnostih. Prvi steber je temelj v modelu trajnostnega razvoja Zreškega Pohorja in vsebuje teoretično poznavanje trajnostnega razvoja in trajnostnih programov. Drugi steber predstavlja vizijo in strategijo občine Zreče, ki je trajnostno naravnana (temelji na vrednotah ljudi). Tretji steber predstavljajo trenutno stanje občine, pogled občanov na njen nadaljnji razvoj ter njihove razvojne želje. Z upoštevanjem vsakega posameznega stebra in povezovanjem vseh treh stebrov (teoretična izhodišča, vizija in strategija "VIS", podatki ter mnenje ljudi) v celoto je mogoč celovit razvoj Zreškega Pohorja. Izdelali smo tudi pedagoško aplikacijo za dijake, katere namen je razumevanje modelov trajnostnega razvoja kot učne sheme za izpeljevanje definicij trajnostnega razvoja.

Secondary abstract:	This master's thesis research topic is the sustainable development of Zreče Pohorje. We prepared a model for sustainable development in this area based on three components; an existing theoretical framework, the Vision and Strategy (VIS) of the Municipality of Zreče, and the public%s opinion and input. Our base for constructing the model included different theoretical frameworks for sustainable development. We utilized examples of good practice and gathered information about the Municipality through the analysis of online resources and various printed resources available in Slovenia. The third component was upgraded by our own research of the public%s opinion on sustainable development and the developmental potentials of Zreče Pohorje. The first component provides the foundation for the model for sustainable development of Zreče Pohorje and comprises the theoretical knowledge in the field of sustainable development and sustainable programs. The second component embodies the strategic vision of the Municipality of Zreče which describes a sustainable stance and rests on the values of people. The third component provides insights into the current situation in the Municipality and includes the future perspective of its members on the further developments in sustainability. Public opinions and preferences concerning this development are also discussed. Integrated development of Zreče Pohorje is possible if we consider and utilize all three of the following components; a theoretical framework, the VIS, and the public%s opinion and input. We also created a pedagogical learning module for high-school students. The purpose of which is to understand the models of sustainable development, as a learning scheme, to derive to and define sustainable development.
