Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja idejni projekt postavitve ene vetrne elektrarne za izbrano mesto Košenjak. Predpostavljam investitorja, ki je v projekt pripravljen vložiti 70 % lastnih sredstev. Predmet dela je smotrnost postavitve vetrne elektrarne. Postavitev mora biti energetsko, ekonomsko in okoljsko upravičljiva. Pri ugotavljanju ekonomske upravičenosti postavitve vetrne turbine je ključna ocena povrnitve začetne investicije. Na podlagi te ocene se odločamo o potencialni uresničitvi ali opustitvi projekta. Umeščenost vetrnice v okolje je v našem primeru skladna z omejitvami NATURA 2000, EPO in NV. Na mestu Košenjak so za učinkovito izrabo vetrne energije hitrosti vetra preko daljšega obdobja (nekaj deset let) dovolj visoke. Za statistično oceno relativne gostote porazdelitve verjetnosti hitrosti vetra smo uporabili uveljavljeno metodo Weibull. Za izbiro optimalne turbine smo za različne nazivne hitrosti turbin enakih nazivnih moči izračunali teoretično potrebno površino rotorja in letno proizvedeno energijo ter ceno turbine. Izbrali smo tisto turbino, ki ima največje razmerje med proizvedeno energijo in ceno vetrnice. Projekt postavitve vetrne elektrarne na mestu Košenjak se je izkazal za ekonomsko donosnega.

Secondary title: The economic viability of wind turbine
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents a project of building a wind power plant for the chosen location Košenjak. An investor is prepared to invest 70 % of his own resources is suggested. The wind power plant has to be energetically, economically and environmentally justifiable. Our main work was to find an optimal turbine, with an energy output high enough to cover the investment. The construction of the wind power plant is in our case consistent with environmental laws NATURA 2000, EPO and NV. The velocity of wind measured over a longer period of time (a few decades) is sufficiently high in order to efficiently use wind energy in our location Košenjak. An analysis of the wind velocity distribution is made with the Weibull function. We provide all the necessary steps, from the investor who is prepared to fund the project, to the fully operating wind power plant. The project of building a wind power plant in our chosen location is economically profitable.
