Abstract

V besedni zvezi vinsko gastronomski turizem se obravnavata vinski in kulinarični turizem. V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali pojma vinski in kulinarični turizem, kot tudi skupni pojem vinsko gastronomski turizem v jugovzhodni regiji Slovenije. Lastnost vinsko gastronomskega turizma je v tem, da tako vinski kot tudi gastronomski turizem predstavljata integralni turistični proizvod, ki nagovarja ciljno skupino prav vseh starosti, vseh narodnosti in vseh slojev. Ne glede na motiv potovanja se bo turist na destinaciji srečal z vinsko in kulinarično ponudbo. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili vinsko kulinarične značilnosti in posebnosti jugovzhodne regije (JV) Slovenije. S pomočjo raziskave na osnovi ankete smo podali inovativne ideje novih razvojnih priložnosti v vinskem in gastronomskem turizmu JV regije Slovenije. Opredelili smo se na 3 mikro regije, in sicer na Dolenjsko, Posavje in Belo krajino. Ugotovili smo, da lahko gastronomski turizem, kot nadgradnja vinskega in kulinaričnega turizma, postane razvojna priložnost in prioriteta v JV regiji Slovebnije.

Secondary abstract: The term wine & gastronomy tourism itself combines two kinds of tourism: catering and wine tourism. The thesis deals with both terms as well as the overhead term in its complexity in the SE part of Slovenia. The main issue of wine gastronomy tourism is, that its integrated tourist product appeals to tourists regardless their age, nationality or social status. Whatever the purpose of travelling, a tourist will sooner or later be confronted with the term. The thesis presents the wine & coulinary features of SE Slovenia. The attached poll provides the answers to innovative development of wine & gastronomy tourism in SE Slovenia, precisely its 3 micro regions: the Dolenjska, Posavje and Bela krajina region. We found out, that the gastronomy tourism, which upgrades the wine and coulinary tourism, can become the challenge and the oportunity for the development and economic priority of SE Slovenia.
