Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen problem konstruiranja nosilcev motorja, ki je nastal zaradi spremembe same šasije, saj je staro cevno šasijo zamenjala novejša, izpopolnjena in lažja šasija iz karbonskih vlaken ti. »monokok«. Predstavljene so celovite rešitve in postopki konstruiranja nosilcev, ter določitev obremenitev, ki jih povzroči pogonski agregat. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena uporaba različnih modelirnih programom, kot tudi postopki uporabe programov za izvajanje numeričnih analiz, s katerimi so bili pridobljeni rezultati. Te rezultate je bilo potrebno pravilno ovrednotiti, kajti nosilci so uporabljeni v dirkalniku, pri katerem pa je pomembna njegova zmogljivost in prav tako teža. To pa za konstruktorja posameznih sklopov predstavlja precej zahtevno nalogo, kajti posamezni deli so podvrženi ogromnim obremenitvam, dimenzionirani pa so na minimum oziroma na mejo zmogljivosti.

Secondary abstract: In diploma thesis a problem of design of engine mounts have been presented. This is caused by changes in the chassis itself, because it is an old tube chassis replaced by new, more refined and lighter chassis of carbon fiber called. " Monocoque ". Comprehensive solutions and procedures constructing single carriers, and determination of the load caused by the drive unit, were presented. The thesis presents the application of various modeling software as well as procedures for the implementation of the programs of numerical analysis. Results of numerical analysis had to be properly evaluated, because the carriers are used in a race car in which performance and weight are very important. This could be quite a challenging task for the part designer, since the individual parts are subjected to enormous loads dimensioned on the minimum or at the limit of capacity.
