Abstract

Obiskovalci so glavni dejavnik vseh tekmovanj, ki se danes odvijajo širom po svetu, saj njihova prisotnost daje smiselnost obstoju tekmovanj. Da bi spoznali, kateri so elementi, ki so pomembni na športni prireditvi, je potrebno spoznati prireditve na splošno, ravno tako njene značilnosti, namen in cilje. Organiziranje športne prireditve samo po sebi morda ne predstavlja težav, vendar se njena tako pomembna uspešnost velikokrat meri v številu obiskovalcev. Preseganje njihovih pričakovanj in spreminjanje obiskovalca v zadovoljnega zahteva prepoznavanje njihovih želja in zahtev ter spreminjanje le-teh v realnost. V teoretičnem delu pojasnimo tudi pričakovanja obiskovalca in pomembnost njegovega zaupanja podjetju/organizaciji. V empiričnem delu pa se ukvarjamo z zadovoljstvom obiskovalcev. Ugotovili smo, da je zadovoljstvo obiskovalcev na konjeniških tekmovanjih v disciplinah Konjeniške zveze Slovenije visoko. Najbolj zadovoljni so s ponudbo hrane in pijače, najmanj pa z zaščito na prostoru, namenjenem gledalcem, in sicer v primeru slabih vremenskih razmer.

Secondary abstract: Visitors are the primary element of all competitions going on around the world today. To find out which elements matter in a sports event, we need to get familiar with the subject of events in general, their properties, purpose and goals. Hosting a sports event might not be a problem in itself, but its success in often quantified by attendance. Exceeding the expectations of said attendants and making them happy requires knowing their needs and wishes and making them a reality. In the theoretical part we explain the expectations of visitors and the importance of the trust they put in the hosting company/organisation. In the empirical part, we tackle the topic of visitor satisfaction and find out that it is quite high among attendants of events hosted by KZS. The selection of food and drinks contributes the most to this, whereas poor accomodations in the event of bad weather seems to lower the score.
