Abstract
Stresu se danes ni moč izogniti. Nastaja tako v zasebnem kot tudi službenem okolju. Zanj je značilno, da lahko prizadene vsakogar, ne glede na delovni položaj, izobrazbeni status itd.
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu, smo spoznali pojem stres, vzroke za njegov nastanek in z njim povezane posledice.
V empiričnem delu pa smo raziskovali, kako različne spremenljivke vplivajo na stres in ali med njimi obstaja pozitivna povezanost. Raziskovali smo tudi, kdo najbolj vpliva na stres v podjetju ter kakšna je produktivnost dela med prisotnostjo stresa. Rezultati, ki smo jih pridobili skozi anketni vprašalnik, so pokazali, da na povečanje stresa med zaposlenimi včasih ali zelo pogosto vplivajo sodelavci in njihov nadrejeni. Tu ne govorimo o velikem odstotku, vendar so po izračunu med prvimi. Kot zanimivost bi izpostavila produktivnost dela med stresom. Presenetil me je podatek, da včasih in zelo pogosto skoraj polovica anketiranih deluje bolj produktivno, ko so pod stresom.
S pridobljenimi rezultati smo z pomočjo Pearsonovega koeficienta izračunali povezanost med odvisno in neodvisnimi spremenljivkami. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da med podvrženostjo stresu in časovno nastalo stresno situacijo obstaja srednje močna pozitivna povezanost. Zanimala nas je tudi povezanost med podvrženostjo stresu in stopnjo izobrazbe. Tukaj smo želeli raziskati, ali višja stopnja izobrazbe pomeni tudi večjo podvrženost stresu. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da med njima obstaja šibka pozitivna povezanost, iz česar lahko sklepamo, da stopnja izobrazbe ni vzrok za večjo podvrženost stresu pri zaposlenih. Kot zadnje pa smo raziskovali, ali med podvrženostjo stresu in tehnikami sproščanja obstaja pozitivna povezanost. Podatki, ki smo jih pridobili, kažejo na šibko ali celo negativno povezanost.
Kot rešitev razreševanja oziroma izogibanja stresu vidimo v posvečanju večje pozornosti komunikaciji med zaposlenimi, saj je uspešna ta eden izmed mnogih vzrokov, da bodo zaposleni v podjetju zadovoljni in da bo produktivnost dela mnogo večja. Da bodo zaposleni v svojem delovnem okolju delovali sproščeno, je zaželeno, da se jim omogoči ena izmed tehnik sproščanja na delovnem mestu.

STRESS CONTROL IN WORKING ENVIRONMENT |

It's impossible to avoid stress in today's world. It occurs in private environment and also in business environment. It is characterized by fact that it can affect anyone, regardless of their position at work, educational status, etc.
Diploma thesis consists of theoretical and empirical parts. In theoretical part we got to know stress as a notion, causes for its formation and consequences connected to stress.
In empirical part of diploma thesis we researched how different variables affect stress and if there is positive connection between them. We also researched who the most effects on stress in company and how high the productivity is during presence of stress. The results we obtained through questionnaire shows that the increase of stress is often or very often dependent on coworkers and superiors. Here we are not talking about big percentage but they are first according to the calculation. As fun fact I would highlight work productivity under stress. I was surprised by the fact that sometimes and very often half of respondents work more productively while under stress.
With obtained results we calculated connection between dependent and independent variables with the help of Pearson coefficient. We came to conclusion that between subjection to stress and time created stressful situation there is medium strong positive connection. We were also interested in connection between subjection to stress and level of education. Here we wished to research if higher level of education means higher subjection to stress. We came to conclusion, that there is weak positive connection, so we can conclude that level of education is not the reason for higher subjection to stress. Lastly we researched if there is positive connection between subjection to stress and relaxation techniques. Data we acquired show weak or even negative connection so there is no positive connection between them.
As solution to dismissal or avoiding stress we suggest more attention to communication between coworkers as successful communication is one of many reasons that the employees in company will be satisfied and that the work productivity will be a lot higher. To ensure the relaxed work environment for employees in company it is desirable to ensure one of relaxation techniques on workplace. |
