diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija
Abstract
V določenem časovnem obdobju smo izvedli spletno in terensko anketiranje.

Schemes for limiting city access and user preferences-case of city of Maribor |
Secondary abstract: |
In the bachelor's thesis we searched for a solution to the given problem: to establish the most viable scheme for limiting motorized vehicle traffic access to our chosen corridor in the city of Maribor, while simultaneously taking user preferences into account.
In theoretical part we have studied four urban access regulation schemes (low emissions zones, urban access regulations, city tolls, physical restriction schemes).
After theoretical analysis we looked into established actions taken by other cities in the country and Europe. We will also take a look at the pilot environmental zone project in the city of Maribor. Then we have developed a questionnaire in order to capture data required for further analysis. Our survey was conducted both online and using hands on approach. We analyzed data based on the preferences of visitors, residents and residents of our chosen corridor in the city of Maribor. Visitors preferred low emissions zones, the same scheme was chosen by residents of the city of Maribor, residents in our chosen corridor chose scheme based on physical restrictions of motor vehicles. Based on average, most respondents agreed with the establishment of low emissions zone in our chosen corridor in the city of Maribor. |
