Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava analizo prometne varnosti avtocestnih priključkov. V analizo so zajeti vsi avtocestni priključki v Republiki Sloveniji, tako osnovne oblike avtocestnih priključkov kakor tudi modifikacije osnovnih oblik. Na osnovi pridobljenih statističnih podatkov o prometnih nesrečah in prometnih obremenitvah in nekaterih ocenjenih podatkov je bila za vsak priključek po metodologiji dejavnikov tveganja določena stopnja prometne varnosti. Po razvrščanju priključkov v skupine po obliki so bile nato določene prometno najmanj varne oblike priključkov ter obenem tudi absolutno najmanj varni priključki na avtocestnem omrežju v Republiki Sloveniji. Najmanj varne oblike priključkov in absolutno najmanj varne priključke smo določali ločeno glede na dejavnik tveganja za vse prometne nesreče in glede na dejavnik tveganja za težke prometne nesreče. Na koncu smo za vse najmanj varne oblike priključkov in vse absolutno najmanj varne priključke na osnovi tehničnih elementov priključka (predvsem oblikovanja priključnih ramp) in vzrokov PN predlagali rešitve, ki bi vplivale na boljšo prometno varnost na avtocestnih priključkih.

Secondary abstract: The dissertation deals with the analysis of traffic safety of motorway connections. All the motorway connections in the Republic of Slovenia are included in the analysis, basic motorway connections and the modifications of basic motorway connections. On the basis of statistical data about traffic accidents and traffic strain and some assessed data for each connection according to the methodology of risk factors the level of traffic safety was determined. According to the classification of connections into the groups of forms the least safe forms of traffic connections were determined and also absolutely the least safe connections in the motorways of Republic of Slovenia. The least safe forms of traffic connections and absolutely the least safe connections were determined separately according to the risk factor for all traffic accidents and according to the risk factor for serious traffic accidents. For all the least safe forms of traffic connections and absolutly the least safe connections on the basis of technical elements of the connection (especially forming of the connective barrier) and the causes of traffic accidents we suggested the solutions that would influence a better traffic safety on the motorway connections.
