Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena analiza sistema za izobraževanje s področja kompetenc, ki je osnovana na UKeU ogrodju za izobraževanje. Na začetku preučimo potrebe podjetja in določimo kako se bomo lotili analize. Osredotočimo se na sestavo logične arhitekture, ki je razdeljena na plasti na katere postavimo podsisteme za delovanje celotnega sistema. Predstavimo kompetenčni model in kako izluščimo kompetence za katere se postavi učna vsebina. S potjo do znanja prikažemo vnos znanja o kompetencah in način dostopa do znanja medtem, ko s seminarji prikažemo evalvacijo znanja, ki je bila pridobljena iz učnih vsebin. Postavimo enostaven uporabniški vmesnik za predstavitev portala, ki predstavlja vstopno točko do učnih vsebin in pregled nad kompetencami.

Secondary abstract: In this undergraduate thesis an analysis of the system for education of the competence area, based on the UKeU framework for education is introduced. In the beginning we study the needs of a company and determine how we will begin the analysis. We focus on the structure of logical architecture that is divided into layers on which we set subsystems for the activity of the whole system. We introduce the competence model and how to shell the competence based for which we set the teaching contents. By doing this we show the input of knowledge of competence and the manner of accessing it, meanwhile the purpose of the seminars is to show the evaluation of the knowledge obtained from the teaching contents. We build a simple user interface to introduce the portal, presenting an access point for the teaching contents and analysation and monitoring of the competences.
