Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo opisali merjeno energetsko izkaznico. Prikazali smo vse predhodno zbrane podatke na podlagi predhodno opravljenega vizuelnega pregleda objekta, kateri so potrebni za samo izdelavo merjene energetske izkaznice. Prikazana je izdelava merjene energetske izkaznice s pomočjo računalniškega programa KI Energija 2014. Izračunali smo vrednosti toplotnih prehodnosti s katerimi smo dokazali ustreznost oziroma neustreznost posameznih gradbenih konstrukcij objekta in te primerjali z dopustnimi vrednostmi, katere so določene v tabeli Tehnične smernice TSG-1-004-2010. Kot zadnje smo prikazali ukrepe, s katerimi bi izboljšali energetsko učinkovitost obravnavanega objekta, ter primerjavo med dejanskimi in izračunanimi vrednostmi, ter okvirni izračun vračilne dobe celotne investicije.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we described the Measured Energy Performance certificate. We demonstrated all of the previously collected data which were gathered on the basis of previously performed visual inspection of the object, informational data which are needed for the fabrication of the MEPC (Measured Energy Performance Certificate) itself. We demonstrated the fabrication, the process of how Measured Energy Performance certificate is produced by a computer program named “KI Energy 2014”. We calculated the values of heat transfer with whom we have proven the adequacy or inadequacy of individual building constructions of the object and compared them with the permissible values, which are set out in “Technical guidelines TSG-1-004- 2010”. At the end we have presented the important measures that could help improve the energy efficiency of the building, a comparison between the actual and calculated values as well as an indicative calculation of the return of the entire funds invested.
