Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisan postopek zasnove in izdelave kavnega avtomata, namenjenega za kuhanje espresso kave. Opisani so postopki izbire, zasnove in izdelave vseh komponent. Vključen je 3D model naprave, kot tudi rezultati simulacij kritičnih komponent. Simulacije smo izvedli s programom Solidworks. Opisani sta tudi strojna in programska oprema, podani so opisi komponent, električna shema in opis programa v jeziku C. Naloga opisuje tudi postopek izdelave prototipa. Na koncu je podana stroškovna analiza.

Secondary abstract: The process of design and construction of coffee machine, used for the preparation of espresso coffee, is described in the master thesis. Selection process, design and building of all the components are presented. A 3D model of the device with all of its component, as well as the simulation results obtained with the use of Solidworks, are included. Furthermore, applied hardware and software are presented, together with detailed descriptions of components, electrical circuit and program written in c. The process of manufacturing of device prototype is also featured. The work is concluded with the financial analysis.
