Abstract
Magistrska naloga obsega pregled literature s področja service design-a in metode TRIZ. Najprej sta osnovna pojma jasno definirana in razložena. Z uporabo service design-a lahko izboljšamo uporabniško izkušnjo. To lahko storimo tako, da storitve oblikujemo glede na uporabnika. Pred tem moramo prepoznati problem, ki ga lahko rešimo z inovativnim reševanjem problemov. Na tem mestu so razložena orodja metode TRIZ. S pomočjo service design-a lahko torej prepoznamo problem, katerega lahko kasneje odpravimo s pomočjo metode TRIZ. V magistrskem delu smo opisali povezavo med metodo TRIZ in Service design-om. S pomočjo študije primera je predstavljen model Service design – TRIZ, preko katerega pridemo do novih inovativnih rešitev problema. Celoten model je zasnovan tako, da se osredotočimo na uporabniško izkušnjo.

MA thesis comprises a review of the literature in the field of service design and TRIZ methods. First of all are the basic terms clearly defined and explained. With the use of service design, we can improve the user experience. This can be achieved in such way, that the services are created according to the user. Before that, we need to identify the problem, which can be solved through innovative problem solving. At this point the explanation of TRIZ tools is needed. With the help of service design we can therefore recognize the problem, which can be later removed by using the method TRIZ. In this MA thesis, we examined the connection between TRIZ method and design Service. With the help of a case study we presented a model of service design – TRIZ, through which we come up with new innovative solutions to the problem. The whole model is designed to focus on user experience. |
