Abstract

Taborniška društva od članov uprave zahtevajo veliko administrativnega dela. Trenutno nimajo sodobnih, računalniško podprtih rešitev in sistemov, ki bi poenostavljala delo in avtomatizirala določene procese. Na osnovi obstoječih rešitev in razgovora s predstavniki Zveze tabornikov Slovenije (ZTS) smo zasnovali sodoben spletni informacijski sistem, ki bo omogočal enostavno delo in celovit pregled vseh dejavnosti posameznih društev. Definirati je bilo potrebno več uporabniških vlog z ustreznimi pravicami in funkcionalnosti, ki so povezane z vnosom in obdelavo podatkov o članstvu, akcijah in drugih aktivnostih ZTS. Sistem je bil razvit v programski arhitekturi ASP.NET MVC in v programskih jezikih C#, JavaScript, HTML5 in CSS3 z uporabo podatkovne baze MySQL. Uporabniški vmesnik je bil izdelan v ogrodju Bootstrap 3.3.4. z uporabo dodatnih razširitev. Informacijski sistem je bil testiran v sodelovanju s člani ZTS in bo nadomestil obstoječo in pomanjkljivo programsko izvedbo upravljanja s podatki.

Secondary abstract:	Scout associations require a lot of administrative work from the members of their executive committee. At the moment there are no computer supported solutions or systems, which would make work easier and automatize certain processes. Based on what already existed solutions and the interview we had with representatives of Scout association of Slovenia (ZTS), we designed a modern web-based information system, which will enable easier work and comprehensive overview of all the activities of the individual scout group. We had to define several user roles with adequate rights and functionalities that are connected with input and processing member data, events and other activities within the ZTS. The system was developed in programming architecture ASP.NET MVC, programming languages C#, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 with the use of MySQL database. User interface was built in Bootstrap 3.3.4. framework, using additional extensions. The information system was tested in collaboration with members of ZTS and will replace currently used inadequate software implementation of data management.
