Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili proces planiranja zaposlenih v podjetju SOGEFI Filtration d. o. o., katerega dejavnost je proizvodnja avtomobilskih filtrov. V teoretičnem delu naloge je predstavljen proces planiranja zaposlenih v podjetju, ki predstavlja enega izmed kadrovskih procesov. Ker je planiranje kadrov konstanten proces, je potrebno temu primerno izbrati ustrezno metodo za izračun potrebnega števila zaposlenih. V nadaljevanju so zato predstavljene posamezne metode, ki se jih podjetje lahko poslužuje in načela, ki naj se jih drži, da bo planiranje zaposlenih uspešno. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili podjetje SOGEFI Filtration d. o. o., njegovo strategijo, vizijo in cilje. V nadaljevanju smo opisali proces planiranja in izbire kandidatov. V raziskovalnem delu naloge so predstavljeni rezultati analize zadovoljstva zaposlenih s procesom planiranja zaposlenih, ki zajema odnose med njimi, koliko izobraževanja jim podjetje nudi in kakšna je organizacija podjetja. Izvedli smo tudi intervju z vodjo proizvodnje, s pomočjo katerega smo analizirali in definirali formalni potek planiranja zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we present the process of human resource planning in the company SOGEFI Filtration d. o. o., which is engaged in the production of filters for automotive industry. The theoretical part presents human resource planning process in the company, which is one of various human resource processes. As the planning of human resources is ongoing process, it is crucial to choose the adequate method for calculating required number of employees in the company. Hereinafter we present each method, which can be used by the company and principles, which should be respected in order to provide successful human resource planning. In the empirical part of thesis we have described operation of the company SOGEFI Filtration d. o. o., its strategy, vision and goals. Furthermore, we have described the process of human resource planning and selection of the candidates. In the research part of the thesis the results of the analysis of the satisfactory survey regarding existing human resource process are presented, which refer to relationship between employees, availability of additional educational trainings and overall organization of the company. We have also done an interview with the head of production department of the company, which has helped us to analyse and define formal process of human resource planning in the company.
