Abstract

Računalniško podprto konstruiranje in poznavanje programske opreme konstruktorju pri izdelovanju orodja olajša delo. V magistrski nalogi je predstavljeno računalniško podprto konstruiranje orodja za brizganjem gumenih izdelkov in hladilno-kanalnega sistema. Hladilno-kanalni sistem se uporablja v gumarski industriji, njegova glavna lastnost je neposredno brizganje materiala v gnezdo orodja. Z uporabo hladilno-kanalnega sistema se pri izdelavi gumenih izdelkov privarčuje veliko denarja, saj kar 60 % cene izdelka predstavlja cena materiala, ki je potreben za izdelavo.

Secondary abstract: Computer aided design and expertise in software equipment facilitate constructor's production of tools. In this master's thesis, the computer-aided design of tools for injection of rubber elements and the cold-runner technology will be taken under consideration. In rubber industry, cold-runner technology is used for direct injection of material in the cavity of the tool, thereby ensuring significant costs' savings, as 60% of the article's price is determined by the of price of the necessary production material.
