Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili problem sledljivosti plinskih jeklenk v podjetju Messer Slovenija, d. o. o., in podali dve rešitvi za izboljšanje sledljivosti le-teh. Najprej smo predstavili podjetje in opisali obstoječe stanje. Na snovi tega smo ustvarili kritično analizo, kjer smo izpostavili vzroke za slabo sledljivost plinskih jeklenk. Ugotovili smo, da sledenje plinskih jeklenk poteka klasično preko papirne dokumentacije, kar v današnjem času ni učinkovito. Prav tako imajo minimalno podporo informacijsko komunikacijsko tehnologijo, oziroma podpore ponekod sploh ni, kar posledično povzroča slabo beleženje zalog, ob vračanju dobivajo napačne plinske jeklenke in zamude dela. Obstoječ sistem ne omogoča sledenja plinskih jeklenk. Za izboljšanje sledljivosti plinskih jeklenk smo predlagali ali nadgradnjo že obstoječega načina ali implementacijo novega RFID-sistema. Oba sistema smo opisali, podali stroške vpeljave in rešitvi med seboj primerjali. Z nadgradnjo sistema črtnih kod ali vpeljavo novega RFID-sistema bi poleg izboljšanja sledljivosti plinskih jeklenk skrajšali čas manipulacij ter omogočili nadaljnji razvoj podjetja.

In this thesis, we present problem tracking gas cylinder in company Messer Slovenija d.o.o. and give two possible solutions to improve the traceability of them. First we presented the company and described their current situation. On this basis, we have created a critical analysis, where we pointed out the causes of poor gas cylinder tracking. We found out that they are tracking their gas cylinders via classical paper documentation, whick is not appropriate for present time. They also have minimal information communication tehnology or do not have it at all, which in turn leads to poor stock management, getting wrong gas cylinder and work delays. The current system does not allow tracking gas cylinders. For improving the traceability of gas cylinders, we have proposed to upgrade the current barcode system or implement new RFID- sistem. We described both systems, give implementation cost and made a comparison. By upgrading barcode sistem or implement new RFID- sistem, it will not only improve traceability of gas cylinders, but also reduce time manipulations and allow the further development of the company. |
