Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali gradnjo industrijske hale z uporabo armiranobetonskih montažnih panelnih elementov. Celotno diplomsko nalogo smo razdelili na več delov. V prvem delu smo opisali razvoj armiranega betona, saj je bil le ta ključnega pomena pri razvoju montažne gradnje. Potem smo predstavili sistem montažne gradnje z uporabo votlih AB montažnih panelnih elementov. Prav tako smo prikazali proizvodnjo elementov in primerjali med klasično armiranobetonsko gradnjo ter gradnjo s panelnimi elementi. Zajeli smo tudi uporabo elementov s strani izvajalca na praktičnem primeru smo prikazali sredstva,ki jih je izvajalec potreboval v času gradnje z elementi. Na koncu smo prišli do ugotovitev, da se lahko za ta način gradenj odločajo tudi manjša in srednje velika gradbena podjetja ter da lahko v prihodnosti pričakujemo povečano gradnjo z montažnimi elementi.

Secondary abstract: This diploma paper discusses the construction of industrial buildings using hollow reinforced concrete prefabricated panel elements. The diploma paper is divided into several parts. In the first part the development of reinforced concrete is described, the latter being crucial in the development of prefabricated construction. Then the system of prefabricated construction using hollow reinforced concrete prefabricated panel elements is presented. Also, the production of elements and comparison between conventional reinforced concrete construction, and the construction of the panel elements are presented. Furthermore, a practical example shows the use of elements by the building contractor and the means used during the construction. Finally, we come to the conclusion that this method of construction can be used in smaller and medium-sized construction companies, and that in the future increased construction using prefabricated elements can be expected.
