Abstract

V diplomski nalogi predstavim študijo možnosti energetske prenove večstanovanjske stavbe, ki se nahaja na Cesti 9. avgusta 8abc v Zagorju ob Savi. Na začetku pregledam trenutno veljavno zakonodajo na področju porabe energije in jo kasneje uporabim pri študiji. Izbran stanovanjski blok na kratko predstavim in zanj izračunam energetsko bilanco za obstoječe stanje. Pričakovano je stavba energetsko potratna, zato v nadaljevanju na trenutnem stanju stavbe izvajam različne energetske ukrepe. Ukrepe analiziram s strani učinkovitosti glede porabe energije v stavbi in njihove izvedljivosti. Nato sestavim različne kombinacije uporabljenih ukrepov, ki uspešno zmanjšajo porabo energije v stavbi, jih analiziram in komentiram. Napravim tudi kombinacijo ukrepov, ki naredi stavbo v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo energetsko učinkovito. Z nekaterimi kombinacijami ukrepov znižam letno potrebno toploto za ogrevanje za več kot 80 odstotkov, najučinkovitejša kombinacija pa jo zmanjša za kar 88,5 odstotkov. Na koncu preverim še uporabo obnovljivih virov energije in sicer uporabo toplotne črpalke in fotonapetostnih modulov.

Secondary title: ǂThe ǂstudy on the residential building energy renovation options
Secondary abstract: This graduation thesis presents the study of the energy renovation options for residential building, located on 8abc Cesta 9. avgusta in Zagorje ob Savi. Firstly I discuss currently active legislation concerning energy consumption. Secondly I give a short presentation of our building of interest and I calculate current energy balance. Building is energy inefficient, therefore I propose different measures to improve energy efficiency. I analyse proposed measures from the point of their efficiency and feasibility. I also analyse and comment different combinations of proposed measures. I suggest a combination of measures, that makes our building of interest energy efficient, as defined in currently active legislation. Some combinations reduce annual heating requirements by more than 80 percent and the most efficient combination reduces it by 88.5 percent. At the end I discuss the use of renewable energy sources with focus on heat pump and photovoltaic modules.
