Abstract

Računske energetske izkaznice sem izdelala za dve stanovanjski stavbi; enostanovanjsko hišo v Horjulu in večstanovanjski blok v Ljubljani. Opisala sem lokacijo in tehnične lastnosti posameznih stavb.

Secondary title: Energy performance certificate of two selected residential buildings
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents calculated energy performance certificate of two selected residential buildings. The targets of European climate and energy policies for reduction of consumed energy include energy efficiency of buildings. Current buildings fund in Slovenia demands great need for energy. Great reduction of energy demands and its’ more efficient use can be achieved by use of renewable energy sources in buildings. In the thesis I have described European and Slovenian legislation regarding energy efficiency in buildings. The focus lies in the methodology for making energy performance certificate. It must meet the demands of current Slovenian legislation. I did the energy performance certificate for two selected buildings; one is a family house in Horjul and the other is an apartment building in Ljubljana. I described the location and technical properties of both buildings. Hardware TOST was used for calculating energy efficiency properties of the buildings. First I analyzed existing condition of the buildings then I chose some cost efficient measures. I compared the results with existing condition and chose the most efficient ones for renovation. After selecting cost efficient measures I created the final energy performance certificates. The first two certificates describe the existing condition of buildings. The other two energy performance certificates present the simulation of reduced energy efficiency indicators after implantation of chosen cost efficient measures.
