Abstract

členu, in sicer o toplotni zaščiti. Ta del sem analizirala s pomočjo računalniškega programa TEDI. Toplotna prehodnost elementov zunanje površine stavbe in ločilnih elementov delov stavbe mora ustrezati največji dovoljeni vrednosti le-teh, ki so predstavljene v omenjeni tehnični smernici. Nato nadaljujem z energetsko analizo vseh treh zasnovanih stavb s pomočjo programa TOST in predstavim rezultate analize, ki jih primerjam z mejnimi vrednostmi porabe energije.

Secondary title: Concept study for achieving nearly zero-energy building
Secondary abstract: My graduation thesis is based on analysis of nearly zero-energy building, which concept was introduced with Energy Performance of Buildings Directive 2010/31/EU (EPBD). I have designed and examined three different types of buildings, single family house, multiresidentual and non-residentual building, all of which are located in Ljubljana. In the first part of my graduation thesis I was following directions about thermal protection that are written in »Tehnična smernica TSG-01-004: 2010 Učinkovita raba energije«, article 9. To analyze this part I have used a computer program named TEDI. Thermal conductivity of outer building surface elements and that of inner separating elements must not be higher than those presented in TSG-01-004: 2010. After analysis I continued with thermal analysis of all three buildings with a computer program named TOST and I presented and compared results with marginal values of energy consumption. Half of the energy used must be provided from renewable energy sources, in my case I used solar collectors and photovoltaic panels. Analysis showed that with the use of heat pumps and exploting solar energy we could in theory ensure that all energy that's needed for building operation in all three building types. It turns out that energy production by photovoltaic panels is more efficient than that with solar collectors.
