Abstract

Poslovno okolje se v današnjem času nenehno spreminja in postavlja podjetjem nove izzive. Ta so zaradi globalizacije in vedno ostrejše konkurence prisiljena v stalni napredek in boj za vsakega kupca. V preteklosti je bila cena dejavnik, ki je ločeval dobra podjetja od slabih, vendar so potrošniki kmalu spoznali, da je cena nekakovostnih proizvodov in storitev previsoka glede na ponujene koristi. Na trgu so se uveljavili številni znaki, ki bi naj izkazovali višjo kakovosti proizvoda ali storitve. Cilj magistrske naloge je analizirati znak SQ - Slovenska kakovost, ki ga izdaja Slovensko združenje za kakovost in odličnost. S tem namenom je v magistrski nalogi v okviru teoretičnega dela na začetku predstavljeno področje kakovosti. Podjetja dosegajo kakovost proizvodov in storitev s sistemi vodenja kakovosti, ki jih predpisujejo standardi. Zato sledi poglavje o standardizaciji. V jedru naloge je narejena analiza znaka SQ iz različnih vidikov. Preverili smo, katere so zahteve za pridobitev znaka SQ ter na kakšen način kandidat dokaže, da izpolnjuje zahteve. Sledila je primerjava z drugimi znaki in standardi. V nalogi smo preverili trditev Slovenskega združenja za kakovost in odličnost, da je znak SQ tudi korak na poti k uvajanju mednarodnih standardov in modela poslovne odličnosti. V zaključku naloge smo podlagi rezultatov analize, podali predloge in smernice za razvoj znaka SQ.

Secondary abstract: The business environment today is constantly changing and raises new challenges for enterprises. Companies are, as a result of globalization and increased competition, forced to constantly improve and fight for every customer. In the past, price was a factor that separates good companies from bad, but consumers soon realized that the price of low-quality goods and services is too high in relation to the benefits it offers. Nowadays there are number of certificates that claim that they represent higher quality of goods and services. The objective of the master's thesis is to analyse the certificate SQ - Slovenian quality, issued by the Slovenian association for quality and excellence. At the beginning theoretical work on the field of quality is presented. Companies achieve quality products and services with quality management systems that are required by standards. Therefore the following chapter is focused on standardization. Certificate SQ is analysed from different perspectives. We described requirements for obtaining certificate SQ and how the candidate demonstrates that it fulfils them. After that we made comparison with other certificates and standards, we have tested argument of the Slovenian association for quality and excellence that certificate SQ is a step towards establishment of international standards and business excellence model. In conclusion, based on results of analysis, additional methods and procedures are presented.
