Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava optimiranje prevoza močnih krmil. Opisane in predstavljene so organizacijske in tehnično-tehnološke značilnosti prevoza razsutega tovora, metode in prosto dostopna orodja za optimiranje transportnih poti. Optimizacijsko orodje in rešitev sta preizkušena na praktičnem primeru prevoza močnih krmil v podjetju Perutnina Ptuj. Rešitev upošteva obstoječ vozni park podjetja in oskrbo obstoječih kooperantov. Na osnovi podrobne analize obstoječega stanja smo s pomočjo izbranega optimizacijskega orodja izvedli simulacije in prikazali prihranke, ki izhajajo iz optimalnejše izrabe obstoječega voznega parka. Dodatno smo izračunali tudi prihranke, ki bi jih utegnili ustvariti v primeru, če bi prevoze izvajali z najprimernejšim voznim parkom.

Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with the problem of transport optimization of strong rudders. It presents and describes the organizational, technical and technological properties of transporting of bulk cargo as well as the methods and freely accessible tools for the optimization of transport routes. The chosen model and optimization tool is tested on practical example of transport of strong rudders in the Perutnina Ptuj company. Based on a thorough analysis of the current situation, simulations are performed with the help of the selected optimization tools. Savings, based on optimized use of the company's actual fleet are calculated. As an addition, the hypothetical transport costs savings that would occur if the company would use the most optimal transport fleet are presented.
