diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan potek konstruiranja ročaja hidravličnih klešč za odstranjevanje ločnega podporja v Premogovniku Velenje. Predstavljeni so vsi pomembnejši koraki, in sicer modeliranje klešč, modeliranje ročaja, numerični rezultati, izbira najustreznejše oblike ročaja ter predstavitev rezultatov ustreznega modela. Diplomsko delo zajema tudi izbiro ustreznega materiala, postopek izdelave ter podatke za pravilno varjenje ročaja na ohišje klešč. Numerični preračuni so opravljeni v programskem okolju Abaqus CAE, ki temelji na metodi končnih elementov. Modeliranje celotnih klešč je potekalo v programskem okolju CATIA V5R20. Rezultat diplomskega dela je dimenzioniran ročaj od ideje do izpolnitve zahtevka.

Design of hydraulic pliers grip |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis describes the construction course of the hydraulic pliers grip for removal of the arc support in the Velenje coal mine. All important steps are presented, as follows an initial sketch of pliers, modeling of pliers and the grip, numerical calculations, the selection of the most appropriate grip form and presentation of the results of the relevant model. The thesis also includes the selection of appropriate materials, the construction making of process and the data of the correct welding of the grip on the pliers housing. Numerical calculations are made in the programming environment Abaqus CAE, based on the finite element method. Modeling of the entire pliers was held in the programming environment CATIA V5R20. The result of the thesis is dimensioned grip from the idea to the final fulfillment of the claim. |
