Abstract

Nasilje je dejaven odnos do koga, značilen po uporabi sile in pritiska. Vsaki prijavi katerekoli oblike nasilja sledi intervencija.

Secondary title: FAMILY DISPUTE INTERVENTIONS IN TERMS OF SENSITIVITY OF THE PROCEDURE
Secondary abstract: Violence is an active relation to a person and it is known by using force or pressure. After each report of violence comes intervention. Intervention is a part of job where police officers with their presence and legal measures prevent criminal offenses and help to maintain public law and order. A degree is divided into several chapters. For better understanding we will first explain basic terms such as violence, family violence, intervention, intervention in domestic disputes. We will also explain intervention, types of intervention and the course of the intervention in theoretical part. Special attention will be given to interventions in family disputes from perspective of the sensitivity of the procedure. The last chapter contains analysis a few cases of interventions in domestic disputes. We found out that domestic violence is a common occurrence, despite the fact that a lot of cases are not reported. Each reported dispute or violence is followed by a call to the emergency number and then intervention. When children are present in intervention, police must cooperate with non-governmental organizations, health care institutions and centres for social works. In the study of literature and the collection of statistical data we found out that domestic violence is a common form of violation rules of safe and high-quality coexistance and violation of human rights.
