Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisana numerična analiza nosilca orodja za brizganje armaturnih plošč v avtomobilski industriji. Predstavljeni so vsi pomembni koraki in sicer modeliranje konstrukcije nosilca, izbira kritičnih elementov konstrukcije, numerične simulacije le-teh, optimizacija geometrije izbranih elementov glede na dobljene rezultate numeričnih simulacij, ponovne numerične simulacije optimiziranih elementov ter predstavitev rezultatov numeričnih simulacij. Modeliranje CAD modela je potekalo v programskem okolju CATIA V5R20, numerični preračuni pa so bili opravljeni v programskem okolju Abaqus CAE, ki temelji na metodi končnih elementov. Rezultat je tako optimizirana konstrukcija nosilca orodja.

Secondary title: Numerical analysis of mold tool mounting stock
Secondary abstract: The master thesis at hand deals with the numerical analysis of mold tool mounting stock for injection molding of instrument panels in the automotive industry. The thesis provides a description of all important steps, namely the modeling of the stock, determination of the critical elements of the construction and numerical simulation of those, optimization of critical elements according to the results obtained by numerical simulations, re-simulation of optimized elements and the presentation of the results obtained by numerical simulations. Modeling the CAD model is done with CATIA V5R20 software, numerical analysis was made with Abaqus CAE software, which is based on finite element method. The result is optimized construction of the tool stock.
